Digital Products, Downloads and Course Materials
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, guides, course materials and online content, refunds may not be available once access has been provided or the digital product has been downloaded. This is because digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
Online Courses and Programmes

Consultations
Consultation bookings may be rescheduled where reasonable notice is provided. Refunds for consultations may not be available where the consultation has already taken place, the client fails to attend, the client cancels at short notice, or preparation work has already been carried out. Where possible, we may offer to reschedule the consultation instead.
Live Events, Workshops or Webinars
